We’re seeking a motivated Finance Manager (Client Account Associate) to take ownership of the loan operations function within our growing finance branch. This role is all about creating solutions for customers, building lender relationships, and driving results in a performance-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage loan origination, approvals, and financing deals
• Lead customer negotiations on rates and terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outside lenders
• Problem-solve unique financial situations with customers
• Handle delinquency collections with professionalism
• Balance company requirements with customer needs to ensure sustainable solutions
• Serve as the primary owner of the loan process within the finance team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in loan origination, financing, collections, or related areas
• Strong negotiation skills (interest rates, customer terms, lender relations)
• Background in inside sales, account management, leasing, or dealership finance helpful
• College degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
• Ambitious, performance-driven mentality with strong communication skills
• Thrives in a phone-based, client-facing role
