Audio Visual Event Technician - Full-Time and Part-Time - Miami (Key Biscayne), FL

Responsibilities:
- Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the audiovisual office following company policies.
- Set‑up, operate, and strike all audiovisual equipment for events.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relations with hotel accounts.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and profitability.
- Use business software, maintain professional appearance, and plan ahead.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the AV industry.
- Advanced knowledge of AV set‑ups, strikes, and customer service.
- Certification in AV technology or related courses preferred.
- Proficiency with audio (microphones, speakers, mixers), video (projectors, screens, monitors), lighting (gels, up lighting), and computers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work long hours on feet, and work a varied schedule.
- U.S. work authorization.
