Pay
: $10.98 / hour plus tips

As a Restaurant Server, you will help create memorable dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and attentive service while ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Guide guests through the menu and dining experience and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
• Anticipate guests  needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering to guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Minimum 2 years  experience as a Server in a full-service, upscale/polished restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  High School or better

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of items weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking during a 6-8 hour shift with breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
• Frequent hand use to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
