Pay
: $10.98 / hour plus tips
As a Restaurant Server, you will help create memorable dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and attentive service while ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
- Guide guests through the menu and dining experience and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
- Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering to guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Server in a full-service, upscale/polished restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

High School or better
- Regular lifting, moving and carrying of items weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
- Regular and prolonged standing and walking during a 6-8 hour shift with breaks
- Regular ascending/descending stairs
- Repeating motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
- Frequent hand use to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
