Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey’s reputation for excellence and hospitality.
  • Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high‑volume establishment
  • Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire)

  • Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
