• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including daily specials and wine pairings.
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas and performing side work duties.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless flow of service.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• 2 years’ minimum experience as a Server in a full‑service restaurant
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings.
• Punctuality and a professional appearance.
• TIPS or other relevant certifications are a plus.

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 30 pounds across the restaurant
