The Golden Hog is seeking a Prep Salads Team Member to prepare fresh salads, vegetables, and ready-to-eat items for the Buffet station. You will wash, cut, mix, portion, and assemble ingredients according to recipes and safety standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
You will support daily buffet operations, maintain a clean workstation, and work weekend/holiday rotations on a shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Experience in salad prep or food service is preferred.
