** Responsibilities**:
* Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
* Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
* Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
* Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality.
* Provide assistance to other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
** Requirements:
*** 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
* Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
