Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions and provide courteous service.
- Collect and handle payment for parking services, issue receipts, and maintain cash security.
- Control traffic flow at entrances and exits.
- Arrive on time each scheduled day in a neatly maintained uniform.
- Provide directions and information to customers about locations in the city.
- Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility or Senior Manager.
- Count cash at shift start, verify shift totals, and complete cashier shift reports.
- Deliver quality customer service and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and keep the workplace safe.
- Learn local event requirements and apply them daily.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Availability for special shift requirements, 3rd shift, and weekend work.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and present information to customers and employees.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Physical demands: stand, walk, handle cash, lift up to 25 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather.
$11.00 – $18.00 per hour (+ tips*). The salary range is inclusive of hourly rate and estimated tips earned per hour*.
