HII Mission Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Access Control/Receptionist to support the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) program in Key West, Florida. This role is critical to maintaining secure facility operations, managing visitor access, and providing professional receptionist services. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment supporting mission readiness.

Description is for the NITE Key West, FL location only. This position provides principal secretarial support in an office, usually to one individual, and, in some cases, to the subordinate staff of that individual. The Access Control Receptionist maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day to day activities of the supervisor and staff, works fairly independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance, and performs various clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office.

Computers may exist in the environment, requiring working knowledge of certain office software programs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 years related experience.
• Candidate must have at least one year of related experience in administrative, receptionist, or security support roles.
• Candidate must be able to obtain an interim Secret clearance to start and maintain a Secret clearance thereafter.
• Candidate must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow established security protocols.
• Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must have the ability to read, understand, and apply technical information.
• Candidate must have a customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Previous experience supporting the NITE contract or similar military training programs.
• Familiarity with DISS Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) and access control procedures.
• Experience working in secure or classified environments.

Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate common business machines.
