Our  Initial Instructional Salary Level Placement Guide offers compensation information for newly hired teachers. You can expect to earn between $62,100 and $102,300 annually depending on verified years of full-time, certified, K-12 teaching experience. Verification forms will be provided to applicants upon hire or request. Explore our comprehensive 2025 Benefits Guide with insurance premium rates conveniently listed on page 13. Choose between the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan or Investment Plan.
