Responsibilities- Install and maintain electronic security systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance requirements, inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
- Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
- Lead and document daily toolbox talks, ORM s, and safety audits.
- Install and maintain equipment at local and global levels per design packages.
- Program and install head-end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and isolate systems and hardware at local and global levels.
- Lead on-site software commissioning and testing.
- Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; perform take-off from project drawings; document and track RFIs.
- Design assist and provide feedback; document daily reports and project progress.
- Communicate project and team member issues/concerns to management.
- Create and manage project schedules; integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
- Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with Supervisors and Subordinates.
- Guide and mentor technicians.
Clearance/ citizenship: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information;
Active Secret clearance is required.
Key Requirements:
- Requires a valid driver’s license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.
- Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
- HS diploma or GED;
Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or - Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or
- Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program
- An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
- 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs
- 3 years of the above experience focused in electronic security systems
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch), and experience with related Windows operating systems.

- The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina for loading/unloading, operating equipment, and transporting materials. Follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Relocate a 12-foot stepladder without assistance. Work at heights up to 60 feet and on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders.
- Walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead regularly.
- Good vision (may be corrected), color perception, hearing, and English communication ability.
- Ability to use a standard ladder within weight limits while carrying tools.
- Ability to recognize when something is wrong and to communicate issues clearly; basic problem-solving and information synthesis skills.
