SummaryThe Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a Breakfast and Lunch Cook to join our amazing team at Four Flamingos, a Richard Blais Key West Kitchen! The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.
An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training.
The Culinary team produces food for all hotel outlets and banquets. As a new team member, you will train with our experienced Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Once training is complete, shifts each week will be based on resort business and will include weekends and holidays.

- Previous line cook experience required
- Ability to work single stations in the kitchen
- Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Capable of performing repetitious duties
- Full time availability – primarily AM breakfast shift, including weekends and holidays
