Welcome to Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Key West, a boutique hotel set at the southernmost point of the continental U.S., where mile marker zero marks the beginning of the journey. Just minutes from the energy of Old Town and Duval Street, our island retreat blends nautical-inspired design with the easygoing charm of one of America's most storied towns. Settle in, grab your flip flops, and let the salt air do the rest.

Start each morning with Sunrise at Compass, our complimentary made-to-order hot breakfast, then head out to discover all the island has to offer. Take the hotel’s complimentary shuttle to Duval Street, or catch the beach shuttle to Smathers Beach, complete with beach chairs and towels. Snorkel the reef, wander the historic streets, or simply unwind at our resort-style pool with your favorite ice-cold beverage.

When the sun starts to dip, follow your compass to 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill for poolside bites and Land Shark Lager (or specialty cocktails) while enjoying the island's famous sunset glow. Whether you're here for a quick weekend getaway or a bucket-list escape, you'll find a signature balance of exploration and ease, with all paths leading to relaxing vibes.

Adventure Awaits.
