Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking a VDI Engineer III to design, engineer, and maintain advanced Virtual Desktop Infrastructure systems in support of mission-critical DoD operations. This senior-level role involves architecting complex solutions, resolving escalated system issues, and performing system integration across multiple platforms.

• Design, develop, and implement VDI architectures and system solutions.
• Engineer solutions for complex application, network, and system administration challenges.
• Perform advanced systems management, configuration, and integration tasks.
• Maintain and optimize VMware Horizon, Citrix, or equivalent VDI environments.
• Troubleshoot high-level system issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts.
• Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and engineering plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and security compliance.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and life-cycle management.

• Senior-level experience in systems engineering or architecture roles.
• Expertise in VDI platforms (VMware, Citrix, etc.).
• Strong background in system administration, virtualization, and networking.
• Ability to design and integrate complex systems in enterprise environments.

• Experience supporting DoD or federal IT environments.
• Knowledge of cloud integration, system automation, or scripting.
