• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: March 16, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• On-Site Position

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state (required for Florida nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU Registered Nurse experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to secure housing within 50 miles of Key West healthcare facility (address required)
• AHCA clearance required for Florida healthcare placements

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EMR systems
• Administer medications and manage life-support equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
