Landcape Technician

Brightwild is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaper to support the care and maintenance of our outdoor spaces. This hands-on role involves general landscaping tasks, gardening, and basic irrigation maintenance to ensure the aesthetic and functional appeal of our properties. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, comfortable using technology for task management, and able to communicate effectively across teams.

The salary range will be based on the candidate's level of experience.

• General Landscaping:
  Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, and other routine maintenance to keep outdoor areas pristine.

• Plant Care:
  Use knowledge of plant species and their needs to ensure healthy growth and vibrant landscaping.
• Irrigation Maintenance:
  Monitor and perform basic maintenance on irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and healthy plant growth.
• Equipment Usage:
  Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Team Coordination:
  Communicate with other departments and teams to ensure landscaping work aligns with broader property goals.
• Technology Integration:
  Use company-provided apps and tools to track tasks, schedule work, and document progress.
• Safety Practices:
  Follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself, the team, and guests on the property.

• Proven experience in landscaping or gardening.
• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and maintenance.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness, including the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
• A smart device for using task management tools.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
