Our team of talented chefs present innovative interpretations of classic dishes nightly. A 6‑course tasting menu is also available.

Café Marquesa at The Marquesa Hotel is looking for a full‑time Sous Chef to join our team. The philosophy emphasizes “location, distinction, and soul.” Our properties are not a “one‑size‑fits‑all,” and neither are our team members.

• 1+ year experience as a Sous Chef is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 50+ pounds; endure various physical movements and remain mobile and standing for at least 8 hours.
• Must be proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office 365.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, management, co‑workers, and other departments.
• Must have positive attitude.
