Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Dishwasher positions at Lower Keys Medical Center (5900 College Road, Key West, FL 33040). Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Monday through Sunday, AM/PM shifts available. Full‑time and part‑time schedules with details provided during the interview.

Requirement:
No experience required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Willing to train!

• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary conditions.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as per equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
