Summary: Blue Mojito Bar at the Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a motivated and energetic Part Time Barback/Food Runner to support our dynamic bar and kitchen teams. This hybrid role ensures our bars remain fully stocked and operational while also assisting in delivering food from the kitchen to our guests promptly and professionally. It’s a fast-paced position that requires frequent movement between the bar, kitchen, and storeroom, as well as ongoing interaction with both team members and guests.

• Stock bars with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other necessary supplies
• Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Deliver In Room Dining orders and guest amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in bar and service areas
• Assist bartenders and servers with various tasks to support seamless service
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen, bar, and service staff
• Lift and transport supplies and food items including kegs
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Prior barback or food runner experience preferred, but not required
• Good verbal communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Walking, bending, pushing, pulling and carrying large amounts of weight including kegs that will weigh around 160 pounds
• Part time availability including weekends and holidays
• 3 shifts per week from 12pm - 10:30pm
