Located in historic Old Town, Southernmost Beach Resort expands over 6 acres on a serene part of the island with Atlantic Ocean front views, gorgeous Key West architecture, and all the amenities you desire in a beach resort. Just a short walk or bike ride from Key West’s boutique shops, art galleries, eclectic restaurants, and non-stop nightlife, the resort spans over two city blocks and offers guest rooms that are located within easy reach of both the beach and world-famous Duval Street.

Offer support to the restaurant service team by keeping dining areas clean, organized and ready for guests.

The position works closely with servers, hosts and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth diniing experience.

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.

• Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, glasses, and napkins.

• Assist servers with food and beverage service when needed.

• Refill water and other guest items as directed.

• Keep dining areas, service stations, and surrounding areas clean and organized.

• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.

• Stock plates, utensils, glassware, and other service supplies.

• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties.

• Respond to guest and server requests in a friendly and timely manner.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Work as part of the restaurant team to provide efficient and welcoming service.

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
