About the Role
Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced manager to join our winning team at our Key West location. Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management.

Requirements- Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time.
- Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
