This is your chance to make your mark by introducing customers to the world’s most robust network while delivering best‑in‑class service. As an Installation Technician, you’ll independently work at customers’ homes and businesses, installing high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice technology.
Our technicians earn between $17.26 and $31.00 per hour, with an average starting salary of $35,906 per year, plus a range of rewards and benefits.
What you’ll need- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Lift and move up to 60 lbs (ladders may weigh 50–60 lbs)
- Weigh less than 325 lbs (required for ladder safety)
- Work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft)
- Be available for overtime, emergency call‑outs and holiday work
- Identify wire and cable colors
- Pass a pre‑employment assessment
