JOB TITLE - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive Primary School based in Keynsham.
The school has a strong, collaborative staff team and is committed to ongoing professional development. CPD opportunities are available throughout the academic year, and depending on performance, the role may be extended or become permanent.

Monday to Friday
Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day
Hours:
8:20 am - 3:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working in a UK school is mandatory
A minimum of 24 months of verifiable, child‑related references is required
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is desirable, including:
Autism
Speech & Language Needs
Behavioural or learning needs
Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year
Strong command of spoken and written English
Experience with in healthcare or supporting vulnerable individuals is desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
Provide two professional, child‑related references covering the last 24 months
