As an Early Years professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learning experiences, championingchildren's development and working in partnership with families to provide thevery best startinlife.

You'll work closely with children, families, colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality early education and carein line withthe EYFS framework, while promoting children'swell being, safeguarding and inclusion.

This role also provides opportunities to developspecialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early language development, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements
• Build strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners
• Promote children's wellbeing,safeguarding and inclusionat all times
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice

You’ll:

• Hold a recognised Early Years qualification
• Have SENCO/SEND experience
• Have a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Be committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children
• Have the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Take a professional, reflective and proactive approach to practice
• Have a genuine interest in Early Years education
