Office Manager - Malayalee

Our dynamic office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Khasab Oman The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee speaker with excellent communication skills in English This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1200$

• Manage the daily operations of the office including scheduling appointments and meetings handling phone calls and emails and maintaining office supplies
• Supervise and support administrative staff ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
• Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed
• Maintain accurate records of expenses invoices and payments
• Assist with HR duties such as recruiting onboarding and managing employee benefits
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies when needed

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Fluency in Malayalee language is preferred proficiency in English is required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications Word Excel Power Point
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
