A reputable construction company in Khasab, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various construction projects by providing accurate measurements and data related to land boundaries, topography, and existing structures.

• Conduct surveys to identify and establish property boundaries, topography, and existing structures.
• Use advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data.
• Prepare detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data for project planning.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure that structures are being built according to specifications.
• Provide technical support to project teams regarding land surveying matters.
• Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during fieldwork.

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using advanced land surveying equipment and software.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
