Land Surveyor

Land Surveyor - Khasab, Oman

We are a leading engineering firm in Khasab, Oman seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and topographical features. You must have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience using various surveying tools and software.

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information.
• Use surveying tools such as total stations, GPS equipment, and laser scanners to collect data.
• Analyze collected data and create maps, drawings, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures on sites.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques.
• Experience using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS equipment, and laser scanners.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other surveying software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have own visa for employment in Oman.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.
