Executive Chef - Khasab, Oman

We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-day operations of our kitchen and creating exceptional menus that meet the highest standards of quality and taste. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong knowledge of different cuisines. You must also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant is required. A biometric passport and fluency in English are also necessary.

Salary: $1300 per month (tax-free)

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field
• Strong knowledge of different cuisines
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Create menus that meet the highest standards of quality and taste
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
