Sous Chef - Canadian Cuisine

Our upscale restaurant in Khasab is seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef with a passion for Canadian cuisine As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations creating new menu items and maintaining food quality and presentation standards You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff ensuring proper food storage and handling procedures and managing inventory levels

Salary 1200$ per month

• At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian cuisine and its traditional ingredients
• Ability to create unique and innovative dishes while adhering to our restaurants vision and standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Must be willing to relocate to Khasab Oman
