Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khasab Oman. This is a contract position for an African national with no English language requirement.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management and budgeting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our high standards of food quality and service are consistently met.

• Develop and update menus in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards set by the company
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Ability to create menus that are both creative and cost-effective

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.
