We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and take accurate orders from guests
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Process payments using cash or credit cards

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
