We are in need of a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a temporary restaurant in Khasab, Oman. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all food preparation and production for the restaurant. This is a short-term position, lasting approximately 6 months.

• Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and appeal to customers
• Source high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
• Oversee all food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality and consistency
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Create daily specials based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences
• Manage budgetary concerns by controlling costs without sacrificing quality

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
