Waiter - Full Time (Khasab, Oman)

A well-established restaurant in Khasab, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements
• Present menus and take orders from guests
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
• Maintain proper table setting and cleanliness of dining area
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proven knowledge of food menu items and wine pairings
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Own visa or valid work permit in Oman is required
