Restaurant Manager - Khasab, Oman

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Khasab, Oman. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service for our guests. Your main objective will be to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while also managing the financial performance of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
• Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Oversee financial performance by tracking expenses, analyzing sales data, and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education:

A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ USD per month along with visa sponsorship.
