Pastry Chef - Khasab, Oman

We are hiring a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our restaurant. Your main goal will be to satisfy our customers' sweet cravings and leave a lasting impression with every bite.

• Designing and executing new pastry recipes that meet quality standards
• Preparing and baking various types of pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings, and sauces
• Ensuring timely production of all pastry items to meet customer demands
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to create balanced menus and specials
• Training and supervising junior pastry chefs to improve their skills

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Advanced knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity in designing new pastry recipes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
• Kenyan nationality preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
