Entry‑Level Waiter Job in Khasab, Oman

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry‑Level Waiter in Khasab, Oman. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and begin their career in the hospitality industry.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are clean and presentable at all times
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and elevate when necessary
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• No previous experience required, but hospitality training is an asset
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
