We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury resort located in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and possess strong leadership skills.

• Plan and oversee all aspects of the resort's culinary operations, including menu creation, food presentation, and kitchen management
• Develop and maintain high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Manage food inventory and cost control to maximize profitability
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop new menus and promotions
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, including Middle Eastern dishes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team
• Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dining experiences
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Biometric passport required for visa purposes
