Indian Chef

We are in search of a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Khasab Oman As an Indian Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef
• Knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new and innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

• Plan prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes for the restaurant menu
• Ensure all food is prepared according to recipe specifications and maintain consistency in taste appearance and portion size
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Culinary degree or certificate preferred but not mandatory
• Experience working in a professional kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately

Salary $1500 per month
