As a Head Chef at our renowned fine dining restaurant in Khasab, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and maintaining the high-quality standards of our dishes. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef who can lead and inspire our kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

• Develop menus and recipes that showcase creativity while adhering to the restaurant's concept
• Manage inventory, budget, and food cost to ensure profitability
• Lead and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
• Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
• Ensure timely execution of all food orders while maintaining quality standards

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
• Passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and menu development
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment
• Fluent English language skills
• Valid work visa for Oman (sponsorship available)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
