Merchandiser for Retail Store

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Khasab Oman. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the store is visually appealing and products are displayed in an attractive and functional manner.

• Collaborate with the store manager to determine product placement and display strategies
• Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
• Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and promote specific products or sales
• Keep the store clean, organized and well-maintained at all times
• Conduct regular audits of product placement and displays to ensure accuracy
• Train new employees on proper merchandising techniques and company standards
• Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and special events
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make informed merchandising decisions

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary Salary for this position is 1700$ per month

Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality. English language skills are not required for this position. Previous experience is not necessary but preferred.
