As a Sales Manager for our company in Khasab Oman you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing finance and operations to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English Arabic fluency is a plus
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Competitive salary of 1400$ per month
