Sales Manager Canada

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Khasab, Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Manage and maintain existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and achieve targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of goals
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements for management review

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management position
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the Canadian market
• Ability to travel within Canada as needed
• Valid biometric passport for international travel
