Sales Manager for Indian National in Khasab, Oman

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities for our company. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage the sales team, providing guidance and training as needed
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance to upper management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and motivate others
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities with fluent English proficiency.

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free) + commission on sales.

Khasab, Oman (with potential for occasional travel within the region)

This is a full-time position, but part-time opportunities may be available for exceptional candidates.
