K  is looking for accounts payable Accountant who will Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.

**** Responsibilities:
*** Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes
* Record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
* Prepare and process supplier payments in accordance with agreed credit terms
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
* Assist in month‐end closing activities related to accounts payable
* Maintain accurate and organized AP files and records
* Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding payments and balances
* Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or junior accounting role
* Basic understanding of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia
* Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and time‐management skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
* Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills
* Good communication skills in English & Arabic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
