The Assurance Manager/Sr. Manager will lead assurance engagements, including planning, executing, and reviewing audit and related assurance work for a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include managing engagement teams, overseeing risk assessments, ensuring adherence to professional standards, and reviewing working papers and reports for accuracy and completeness. The role involves direct communication with clients, providing insights on financial reporting, internal controls, zakat, tax, and VAT compliance, and addressing technical accounting issues.

The manager will contribute to business development by identifying service opportunities, supporting proposals, and nurturing client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.

• Strong technical expertise in external audit, assurance services, and accounting, including application of local and international standards.
• Proven ability to manage engagement teams, review work, and mentor junior professionals in a professional services environment.
• Excellent skills in client communication, relationship management, and presenting complex financial and tax concepts clearly.
• High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Advanced proficiency in audit and accounting software, general office applications, and documentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in assurance or audit at manager or senior manager level, ideally 10 Years.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment and professional ethics, with commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
