Job Summary
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to prepare accounts and timely accurate financial reports and statements.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Prepare financial management reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Continuous support of budget and forecast activities.
- Monitor taxation issues.
- Assistance in smooth completion of audit process.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
- Adheres to the contents of the Company’s overall internal procedures and policies.
- Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager.
