Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and handling communication. The role involves acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Expertise in Executive Support and high-level administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
