Position: Secretary (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary

The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are looking to start their professional career and develop their administrative, organizational, and communication skills while supporting daily business activities.

Key Responsibilitie
  • sAssist in managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
  • .Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • .Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Qualificatio
