Responsibilities
- Enter and update invoices, delivery notes, and other operational records in Excel and the accounting system.
- Manage and monitor company email correspondence, including responding to inquiries and forwarding communications to relevant departments.
- Organize, maintain, and archive company documents and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare and update periodic reports as required by management.
- Filipino or Indian nationality.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate Arabic language skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
