Personal Assistant

I am looking for a Personal Assistant to work directly with me and assist with both personal and business-related tasks. I am the owner of a growing startup company with 3 branches, and I am looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, professional, responsible, and willing to learn and grow with the company.

• Managing appointments and schedules
• Organizing and following up on daily tasks
• Handling documents and information
• Communicating with customers and different parties when needed
• Assisting with administrative and business-related tasks
• Following up on ongoing matters and ensuring tasks are completed
• Providing general support to the owner when required

• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Well-organized and professional personality
• Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Fast learner and able to handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience as a cashier, customer service representative, receptionist, or administrative employee is a plus
• Must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia
